Gabor is a member of the DTU Board and serves as strategic advisor of the Head of the DTU, Andreas Fickers.
I hold a PhD in history from the University of Oxford, Balliol College. My research interests are the application of data science to study historical documents. Specifically, I focus on dynamic system modelling, simulation, and Bayesian statistics. At the moment, I am finishing two papers that study early modern information systems. In addition, I am working on an edited volume about history and data science; the edited volume will be published by the Digital Humanities Quarterly. Once these undertakings are over, I will write a monograph on the epistemology of data-driven historical research.
